Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts must be registered by a real person — no bots or automated sign-ups. Don't use the service for anything illegal.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Your subscription begins after any trial period. If payment fails, your account will be suspended until it's resolved. The price you see is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are included and handled by Paddle.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Paddle — contact their support directly. No refunds are available after 30 days.

Service Availability

We don't guarantee specific uptime levels or response times. We aim to keep the service running reliably and will address issues promptly, but outages can occur. The service is provided as-is, without warranties.

Liability

I Am A Tubeworm is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Maximum compensation in any dispute is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 30 days.

Legal Entity

I Am A Tubeworm is a product of Atomised Guitar. All billing, legal, and contractual matters are handled by Atomised Guitar.
